You did a really nice job with the dimensions of the wand. I can tell that you took careful measures to make sure that you got the correct ratio, such as measuring the length of the stick and checking that the silver crystal wasn't too large or too small. The thing I would suggest most for your wand is sandpaper. Even from this distance I can see that the wand is a bit lumpy. The best way to fix that is to use a material that you can sand to smoothness. You might want into invest in some clay shaping tools as well to make the details stand out more. Right now I can barely see the star on the handle of the wand.
For the prop being so tiny and mostly round, you did a very nice job with it. Round things are a LOT harder to make perfectly smooth than flat things and it's even harder when that thing is so tiny, so I commend you for what you managed to do.
I found your color choices to be appropriate as well. Overall this wand is clearly Sailor Moon's wand and there's no mistaking it. Which is what is most important. Good job!
