Laugh your face off at school....
Thought I had a lot of girly entries, so here is a very guyish one.
Used a free 3D skull then rotated it and opened the jaw to make it laughing, textured, lighted rendered and then did the rest in photoshop.

I actually like it, but I think it would look better with darker eye sockets. Maybe even black...or red to match the scheme?
